Store Policies

Shipping Policy: 

All orders ship out through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight and location. Most orders will ship out within 2-4 business days. Due to shipping delays across the country, please allow additional time for your order to arrive.  For custom destination sign orders, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks. If longer, you will be notified by email. We will email tracking numbers as we get them.

All local orders may be picked up directly from our home for free.  You will receive an email confirmation when its time to pick up your order.  Please respond with a day and time you are available.  All orders must be picked up within 7 days or your order will be cancelled. If you need an exception, please email us prior to the 7 days. 

Payments:

At this time we are only excepting payments through Paypal. You do not need an account and can use a credit card through Paypal.  Payment is due at time of purchase. 

Returns/Exchanges:

Please open and inspect your package upon delivery.  Contact us immediately if there are any missing or incorrect items. If your package has arrived damaged, please include a picture of the damaged items in your email to us, and retain all damaged items and packaging. We will do our very best to help make things right. 

 

All body care items such as loofah's, loofah soaps, rubber ducky soaps and lip balms are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. 

Custom orders: You will receive an email with a photo of your custom order prior to shipping. Please look over it carefully. If there are any changes that need to be made, you must let us know right away.  Once you approve the design, it is final and cannot be changed.
